The 10 Worst Album Covers of 2012

Unlike most critics, we don't hate this album. We actually defended it in a recent story. But making Nicki look like a geisha meets a clown meets a serial killer was in poor judgment.

This looks like an episode of Aaahh!!! Real Monsters threw up on a canvas.

Complaining about Ke$ha's music is a waste. She knows how to craft one hell of a pop song. But this cover looks like a still image from a bad Sega CD game. Pass.

Future's original Pluto cover art wasn't the coolest thing we ever saw, but it was cool. But this cover for the re-release looks like a poor reinterpretation of a Now That's What I Call Music! compilation.

We get it, bro. You don't even have to try, or really rap, to be megasuccessful. But this is pure laziness. Atleast make an effort to convince us that you give a damn.

And there's something awful about her album cover.

This is actually the perfect cover for a band named Why? because it had us asking a series of questions that begin with "Why." The main question being, "Why?"

And then the killer removed her mask and revealed herself to be...herself! The concept is alright, but the poor execution makes it laughable. Seriously, tell us the PhotoShop job on that "mask" isn't hilarious.

Is there any chance that global warming can just melt away every trace of this album cover's existence instead of the planet's polar caps?

We can't even show the actual cover to this album because it's a penis. When you try (too) hard (to be controversial), that's when you die hard. No pun intended on the "hard" part.
