Lil Wayne is known for his free-associative rap style, and it's clear just how vast his stream of consciousness is when you dial in on the content of his lyrics. One minute, he's popping bottles of champagne, the next, he's riffing on it. Listen to two different songs and you'll get two completely opposing views on women. These discrepancies come anywhere from months to years later, but they always come. From what we've gleaned, Weezy is a very indecisiveness guy. Read on for his 10 most glaring lyrical contradictions.

shave

2011: “I like a shaved pussy, no razor bumps” —”Sweat”
2012: “I don’t like bald pussy, I like wolf pussy” —”Cyeah”

What did Lil Wayne see or experience in the year between these songs that encouraged such a drastic change in outlook? Too many razor bumps, perhaps.

share

2007: “Don’t share your body with nobody, not even a finger, I will cut it off" —”Pussy Money Weed”
2008: “Touch your toes for my people, and if you ain’t fuckin' them, you ain’t fuckin' me either” —”Dick Pleaser”

What kind of twisted mind game is Wayne playing here? You can’t threaten to cut a girl’s finger off if she sleeps with someone else then tell her to sleep with someone else.

lean

2009: “Rest in peace, my styrofoam” —“O Let’s Do It”
2012: “I am sipping on that lean, don’t bring me no bottles, hoe” —”No Lie”

It’s not surprising for a guy to cut back on drug use when dealing with the law, as Wayne was in 2009, but “rest in peace” sounded so permanent. Clearly, it wasn’t.

others

2009: “I’m fuckin’ her friends” —”I’m Single”
2012: “I ain’t thinking ‘bout them other hoes” —”Turn On The Lights”

Once a cheater, always a cheater? Not if you’re Lil Wayne.

champagne

2007: “You had my chain, you beared my name, then we had champagne” —”Let’s Talk”
2010: “I don’t drink champagne, it make my stomach hurt” —”Bill Gates”

This has implications that impact way beyond these two songs. Were the champagne showers in “Money to Blow” fraudulent? Does this bring the authenticity of “Pop Bottles” into question? This ruins the sanctity of anything champagne-related Lil Wayne has ever rapped.

kill

2012: “Some of my homeboy’s job is to kill niggas, ‘cause I’m still on probation” —”So Dedicated”
2013: “Saw my enemy at the light, I told Marley light the weed, then I lit them niggas up before that motherfucker turned green” —”I Ain’t Nervous”

Fiscal cliff forced Wayne to lay off his hired hitmen and take murders back into his own hands, probation or not.

pay

2005: “I drop a car note in the mall on the first date” —”Money On My Mind”
2009: “And I don’t pay for pussy because I’m pussy priceless” —”Throw It In The Bag”

Maybe he spent so much on first dates that he decided to become frugal.

married

April 2007: “Bitches want me like a wedding ring, I told her that I’m married to the money” —”Ask Them Hoes”
May 2007: “But I know what to do with a girl like you, three letters, ‘I Do’” —”Prostitute Flange”

What’s a wedding ceremony to money like, and how do you go about divorcing it once you’ve found a human with whom you’d rather be?

mind

June 2012: “I lose my mind ‘fore I lose my bitch” —”Pop That”
September 2012: “Money on my mind, I ain’t thinkin’ bout no bitch” —”Burn”

These lines make it very difficult to tell whether Wayne places more value on money or women. He’d rather lose his mind than his girl, but money is on his mind because he isn’t thinking about any girls. What?

murder

2005: “I ain’t never killed nobody, I promise” —”Hustler Muzik”
2012: “I got this Tec in my drawers, and I murder for fun” —”Wish You Would”

Apparently, sometime between Tha Carter II and Dedication 4, Wayne picked up a hobby besides skateboarding.
