After sharing a spooky horror movie-style poster with bad guys donning skeleton masks, The Weeknd has finally released the visuals for “False Alarm.” You can watch it above. The gritty video is more like a a full on mini-movie, with Abel carrying out an insane bank robbery.

It wasn’t too long ago that The Weeknd surprised fans with news of his third studio album, Starboy. The build-up has been pretty mysterious (it’s The Weeknd we’re talking about here), with few details on what Starboy would sound like or who would be featured. Back in March, the only real evidence of Starboy was when the singer tweeted, “Chapter done soon. Just let these pages flip,” indicating that the album was near completion. But fans didn't know when it would arrive.

A few months later, The Weeknd cleared all of his Instagram posts, hinting once again that something big was about to happen. In one of his last posts, he wrote, "This my last post before the new era."

And by new era, he really means the Star Boy era. This seems to come with a complete transformation—even a new hairdo. While “Starboy” and “False Alarm” are the two singles out from the project so far, you can expect more songs and other details to come as we approach the Nov. 25 release date. He's already performed both songs on SNL, which is a great start.

You can watch “False Alarm” above.
