For the uninitiated out there, allow us to break this down; jollof rice is a highly controversial thing out here in these streets. The West African rice dish is the subject of fierce debate, as countries including Nigeria, Gambia, Senegal and Ghana each claim to have the greatest interpretation of the meal. When we asked Australian rapper B Wise to nominate the Greatest jollof rice of all time, he nervously announced "you guys are gonna get me killed" before answering the question.
