Taylor Swift gave new meaning to "the show must go on," after she swallowed a bug during the Chicago stop of her Eras tour.
“I swallowed a bug. I’m so sorry,” she says in the clip below. “Oh delicious,” Swift added, before asking, “Is there any chance none of you saw that?”
Swift coughed again and then said, “It’s fine. I’ve swallowed it.”
Her Sunday show was the last of a 3-day stint in Chicago. She hit the road in March, starting with Glendale, Arizona, for her first stadium tour in four years. The tour broke the record for the most concert tickets sold by an artist in one day with 2.4 million.
Last month, Swift tapped Ice Spice for the remix of “Karma,” which appears on the Midnights (The Til Dawn Edition) deluxe album. When announcing the feature, Swift said of Ice, 'I’m a massive fan of this brilliant artist and after getting to know her I can confirm: she is THE ONE to watch."
Swift’s new Midnights offering also includes a new version of “Snow on the Beach” and additional vocals from Lana Del Rey.
