UPDATED 9/30, 12:22 p.m. ET: Posty Fest is now moving to 2022.

In a statement shared with Variety on Thursday, a Live National spokesperson cited “logistical issues” as the cause for calling off the Halloween-timed festival.

“Due to logistical issues impacting the production of the festival, Posty Fest is rescheduling to 2022,” the rep said. “Refunds available at point of purchase. We can’t wait to make 2022 our biggest year yet. Stay safe everyone, we’ll see you soon.” Sources added context to the decision, stating that organizers are concerned—particularly in Texas—about COVID-19 numbers.
