6ix9ine is willing to pay big bucks for his freedom.

According to TMZ, attorney Lance Lazarro is preparing a $1.5 million bail package in the hopes of getting his client released from federal custody. 6ix9ine—legal name Daniel Hernandez—has remained behind bars since mid-November, when he was arrested on a slew of charges, including drug trafficking, armed robbery, and racketeering.

The 22-year-old rapper has pleaded not guilty to all charges. His trial is scheduled to begin in September of 2019. If convicted on all charges, he will face a maximum life sentence.

It's worth noting that 6ix9ine had already been denied bail. He was deemed a likely danger to the community during hearing last month. A Manhattan judge said that home confinement was too risky, as the rapper "would still be able to direct acts of violence by telephone."

Lazarro told TMZ that in addition to offering $1.5 million, he will attempt to convince the judge that 6ix9ine isn't a flight risk, nor a danger to the community. The attorney plans to file the motion before the rapper's next court appearance, which is scheduled for late January 2019.

Lazarro also claims 6ix9ine won't cut any deals with prosecutors, telling TMZ, "A plea deal is simply off the table, even if the feds offer one."
