Your Memorial Day weekend just got a little better. Because OVO Sound Radio is back with another episode.
For the 44th installment, OVO has tapped British DJ Benji B and French director/musician Woodkid as the night’s special guests. The former made his first appearance on the radio show back in 2015 alongside Prince 85; and if today’s mix is anything like last time, listeners are in for some pretty chill gems.
Though this episode will mark Woodkid’s OVO Sound debut, he’s had experience working with the imprint’s head honcho, Drake. The 34-year-old multi-hyphenate directed the official music video for Take Care’s title featuring Rihanna. He’s also created visuals for the likes of Lana Del Rey, John Legend, and, most recently, Harry Styles (“Sign of the Times”).
Both artists teased their sets earlier this week on social media; however, they didn’t reveal if they had any exclusives on deck. (But we’re crossing our fingers.)
