Drake celebrated his 35th birthday on Saturday with a Halloween costume party in Los Angeles.

TMZ reports the star-studded affair, which was held at Goya Studios in Hollywood, was a Narcos-themed bash dubbed “Chico Amante,” which translates to “lover boy.” The guest list included Future, Chris Brown, French Montana, Offset, Kawhi Leonard, Jack Harlow, YG, as well as Drake’s dad Dennis Graham.

French reportedly led the crowd in singing “Happy Birthday” to Drizzy as the birthday boy was presented with a massive cake modeled after Pablo Escobar. The Boy also received gifts including an iced-out owl-shaped chain featuring a photo of him and Adonis on the back.

Last week, Drake’s latest album Certified Lover Boy returned to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for a fourth nonconsecutive week, moving 94,000 equivalent album units. Back in September, CLB became the first rap album of the year to sit atop the chart for three consecutive weeks, before it was dethroned by YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s Sincerely, Kentrell and Taylor Swift’s Fearless (Taylor’s Version).

Of course, CLB’s latest commercial performance falls short of its previous three showings. Back in September, Drake’s sixth studio album scored the biggest debut week of 2021, moving 613,000 equivalent album units. The LP earned 236,000 equivalent album units during its second week on the charts, before topping the Billboard 200 in its third week with 171,000 units moved.
