Nicki Minaj is the latest celebrity to offer her thoughts on the missing submersible craft that was on an expedition to visit the shipwreck of the Titanic with five people onboard.

During a recent episode of her Queen Radio show, Minaj talked about the search and rescue operation for the OceanGate Expeditions submarine, which went missing on Sunday, June 17 less than two hours into its mission. "No one should be hopping they ass on a submarine talking ’bout they going down to the Titanic,” she said, per Yahoo. “I’m keeping all five passengers in my prayers and wishing all the best to search and rescue teams."

In a since-deleted tweet, which she later posted a screenshot of anyway, Minaj wrote, "Praying they make it back to their families. This is so scary & should not be allowed. Like wtf? I just assumed they were marine biologists... finding out this was a 'tourist' 'titanic' thing?????? They said: TMZ Tour Bus but make it under the sea."

The search and rescue operation is ongoing, but a recent update indicated that an aircraft involved in the search detected "banging" sounds in 30-minute intervals coming from the general area the vessel and its five passengers went missing. When the submarine was headed toward the shipwreck, it had 96 hours of oxygen left, meaning the four passengers and pilot are expected to run out of air on Thursday.

Cardi B also recently chimed in on the conversation surrounding the missing craft by criticizing Brian Szasz, the stepson of British billionaire Hamish Harding, who is among those onboard the craft. Szasz publicly shared that his stepfather was on board, and then later shared a photo showing he attended a Blink-182 concert in San Diego.

"People was like, 'Uh what is he supposed to do, be sad at the house? Is he supposed to go look for him himself?' Yes. You supposed to be at the house sad," said Cardi B. "You supposed to be crying for me, you supposed to be right next to the phone waiting to hear any updates about me."

Szasz objected to the criticism and called Cardi "a pos trashy celeb." Around the same time, he quote-tweeted a thirst trap from an OnlyFans model, so the man clearly has his priorities in check.

While the story of the missing Titanic sub is making headlines around the world, it's not the only incident at sea to worry about right now. Per the Huffington Post, a vessel carrying over 500 refugees from Syria, Egypt, and Palestine sank last week in the Mediterranean Sea. Most of those who were on board are missing and presumed dead.
