Diplo recently said that Major Lazer's last studio album is expected to arrive next year, but before then we're going to get a lot more new music from the project. Linking up with Tove Lo, Zane Lowe premiered the project's latest single, "Blow That Smoke."

Speaking about how the collaboration came together, Tove told Zane Lowe, "Well, we'd had a few sessions and tried to find more days together, but we're never in the same place long enough to actually make it work. Eventually I just sent Diplo the vocals and, 'Here's something. It's a song I don't really know what to do with. What do you think?' He's like, 'Oh, this is awesome. I'll work on this.'"

Later down the line, she received the finished version of the song, which completely changed the mood. "They sped it up, maybe 10 bpm", she added. "It was a very slow, moody song to begin with. Just on the track, their vibe, and I was like, 'This is really, really awesome.' I didn't expect that version of it." Check out the lyric video for the song above.

Speaking with Complex just last month, Diplo indicated that Major Lazer were just about winding down. "Next year marks our last album, so we got a lot of stuff in between now and then," he explained. With his other projects such as LSD with Sia and Silk City, it's understandable why Diplo is looking to be done with Major Lazer soon.
