Public Enemy and N.W.A. are among the list of nominees up for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The two legendary, groundbreaking hip-hop acts are vying for the votes of some 600 historians, musicians, and hall of fame members. Other nominees include Chic, Deep Purple, Heart, Donna Summer, and Kraftwerk. We'll all find out who makes the cut at the 28th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, which broadcast on HBO on April 18, 2013.
