It was just this past morning that we reported on President Barack Obama's response to Nicki Minaj's "Mitt Romney" lyric on Lil Wayne's Dedication 4 track "Mercy." The prez said he wasn't sure exactly what Nicki meant but figured it was probably one of her characters.
Sure enough, it seems that he was right judging by the Young Money rapper's response below.
