Made up of Washington DC's Beau Young Prince and French producer Futura (who's worked with the likes of 50 Cent, Kylie Minogue, Trey Songz and Raekwon to name just a few), the two have come together to form Young Futura. Video game fans will hear their track "Wallflower" featured on Microsoft's Forza 4, but if you can't wait for that, we have the debut release officially on Complex today.
Taken from their upcoming EP entitled Future Funk, the single is an uptempo, funk-heavy groove mixed with hip-hop elements, providing a silky-smooth introduction to the pair. Speaking about the track, Futura said: "'Wallflower' came naturally. It was one of those songs that we wrote overnight where everything was smooth and organic. We spent more time fine-tuning it in the studio than writing it—but it was all a lovely process."
