UPDATED 10/26, 10:20 a.m. ET: New footage has surfaced showing Cardi standing and shouting a few yards away at the time of Offset’s IG Live stream from inside his car.

“He’s not armed! My husband is not armed!” Cardi yelled while being held back. She continued asking why officers were pointing guns at Offset, saying he was unarmed, and telling the folks restraining her to let her record what was happening.

The clip was filmed at close enough range that you can overhear some of the same exchanges between Offset and the police that were originally seen on the rapper's stream.

UPDATED 10/24, 11 p.m. ET: It appears as though Offset was in fact detained after his Instagram Live shut off and he was forced to exit his car.

A Beverly Hills police report reads that Cardi B's cousin, Marcelo Almanzar, was arrested for possession of a concealed loaded weapon, and Offset was detained and then later released that same day. The report also clarified that Offset was not arrested.

Offset was seen on his Instagram Live Saturday as police officers forced him to exit his vehicle for reasons that are still unclear.

In the Live, Offset can be heard refusing to leave his car as he grows increasingly more frustrated at the officers, who he says have "guns out." They were seemingly responding to some type of complaint about Offset waving a weapon.

"We were told that you guys were waving guns at people," one of the officers says in the video.

They then ask Offset to turn the car off before reaching into his window, unlocking his door and making him exit the vehicle.

"There's 25,000 people in my Live," Offset says before being forced out of his car. "I'm gonna sue the sh*t out of y'all, do y'all know who I am?"

The Live then cuts out, and it's still unclear whether he was taken into police custody. It's also unclear where and when the incident took place.
