DaBaby has allegedly become involved in another physical altercation.

A Las Vegas driver claims that the rapper attacked him during an argument, TMZ reports. Last November, the driver picked up DaBaby and his crew in a Sprinter van. After they made a few stops, DaBaby and his friends wanted to smoke a joint and the driver said no.

The situation escalated from there. Police say the crew began cursing the driver out and threatened him. When they arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel and the driver asked to be paid, DaBaby allegedly punched him in the back of the head and said, “You ain’t the boss.”

Authorities say that one of the friends said, “You're lucky you're not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherfucker.” Another person added that they “would have left him [the driver] dead on the road.”

According to TMZ, DaBaby now has an active arrest warrant for misdemeanor battery.

This isn’t the first time DaBaby’s temper has landed him in hot water. In December, footage from a hotel in Beverly Hills showed the rapper attacking a hotel employee. DaBaby later said the worker was harassing him while he was with his daughter.

In another recent incident, the rapper was accused of slapping a woman at a Tampa concert. While he later expressed his regrets, his apology didn’t suffice and she filed a lawsuit.
