Young Thug wasn't impressed with a recent jewelry showoff from YFN Lucci.
On Thursday, Lucci—whose issues with Thugger are well-documented—shared a clip to Instagram captioned "THUG MOTIVATION" in which he let his followers get a glimpse at a slew of jewelry pieces:
Among those who felt a strong enough reaction to the Thursday night post was Young Thug, who mocked the displayed jewelry with a comment referencing his children. "My kids jewelry hitting harder then that shit boy [sic]," Thugger wrote.
As fans recalled after spotting the comment, the two's history is now a few years deep. Last August, for example, Jerrika Karlae stepped in after Lucci claimed in a radio interview to have been "in the bed with her a couple times." According to Karlae, who's engaged to Thugger, she's been harassed "year by year" by Lucci. She also said Lucci "taunts a female" because he "has no comeback" for Thugger.
At the time, Thugger's response was an IG Stories-shared assertion that he would have acted on his anger over the comments if not for the fact that he has respect for how Lucci treats his mother and kids.
In February, Thugger was widely criticized for intentionally misgendering Dwyane Wade's daughter.
