Hackney pop newcomer Bree Runway can't seem to put a foot wrong right now.
Between fan favourite EPs RNWY 01 and Bouji, and praise from the likes of Rihanna and Missy Elliott (a boast few others can make), Bree's stock continues to rise, and new single "Apeshit" is only going to quicken her rise to the top. Rather than just take the kudos from her heroes, Bree has learned lessons from them in more ways than one, picking up one or two visual cues from them as well.
The Will Hooper-directed visual carries all the bombast that made Missy Elliott the undisputed champion of music videos—and she's got the hooks to back it up, too. Add to that her instantly quotable bars, larger-than-life persona and bassy production courtesy of Raf Riley, Klahr, LIOHN and Moon Willis, and Bree Runway's got a major hit on her hands.
