Boosie Badazz will avoid any jail time for his Georgia drug case.

Per TMZ, Boosie pled guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana stemming from an April 2019 arrest. As a result, the Coweta County District Attorney's Office dropped the possession of a controlled substance and failure to maintain lane charges against the rapper, allowing Boosie to evade time behind bars. Instead, was issued 6 months of probation and a $1,000 fine.

In April of last year, the police stopped Boosie's white Dodge Charger because he was swerving in and out of his lane, almost hitting another vehicle. When they pulled him over, police claimed that the car smelled like weed giving them probable cause to search the vehicle. During the search, authorities found a bag of marijuana, a loaded 9 mm handgun, nearly $20,000 in cash, and a vape pen, leading to the arrest of Boosie and his bodyguard, Antonio Allen.
