The song appeared on PnB Rock's debut studio album TrapStar Turnt PopStar, and marks the project's second highest performing track following "I Like Girls" with Lil Skies. The video, which was directed by Derek Pike, depicts the rappers as child entrepreneurs who find success selling "Trap Juice" on their block. PnB Rock said he wanted the visual to be both "fun and light-hearted," as well as a reminder of all the good times he had with X.
"I miss my bro!" PnB Rock said about the late rapper. "I wanted this music video to make me smile."
X's mom, Cleopatra Bernard, co-signed the video: "PnB and his team did a wonderful job bringing this visual to life and honoring Jahseh in a way that would have made him proud."
