Wale is on a roll.
Over the past five weeks, the 34-year-old rapper has come through with new singles, “Daylight,”“Gemini (2 Sides),” and “09 Folarin.” Wale continues the streak this week with the release of “On Chill,” which finds him reconnecting with singer-songwriter Jeremih.
Wale teased the single on Twitter this week, posting Urban Dictionary’s definition of “Situationship.”
You can listen to “On Chill” now on all major streaming platforms.
The track will appear on the follow-up to Wale's 2017 album Shine. Though he announced the project was being completed several months, Wale has yet to announce an official release date.
Wale will also speak at ComplexCon Chicago next week. The inaugural event will go down July 20-21 at McCormik Place, and will include appearances by Schoolboy Q, Juice WRLD, T.I., Ella Mai, Taylor Bennett, and Gunna.
