London-based producer and singer Theo Bard has just released his new EP, Inkus via Icons Creating Evil Art, and now he's just revealed the animated visuals to lead single "Forget". A dark and brooding piece of electronic pop, "Forget" tells the painful tale of being forced to face up to the fact that your recent ex has moved on in a big way. To reflect that, Bard drafted in May Kindred-Boothby to create the minimalist animated video. Swirling with anxiety and despair, "Forget" is by no means a summer banger but it might just help you get past that difficult break-up.

Speaking with Complex via email, Bard told us: "There's this darkness in the track so we shot performance takes with just one light in a pitch dark room. May rotoscoped from the footage in order to create handmade images of my face, which she could play with and distort. We wanted to capture the idea that the more you try to forget something, the more you think or talk about it, the longer it stays in your memory. So every time I open my mouth, the same head emerges unchanged. That's the memory coming back over and over again, like a ghost that won't stop haunting you."
