In recent weeks, Weezy has also notably been teasing his long-awaited Funeral project with some well-placed coffin emoji. One such use occurred when he shared a throwback photo with blink's Travis Barker, with whom he previously collaborated on "Can a Drummer Get Some" back in 2011.

Blink, meanwhile, is set to release their second album without founding member Tom DeLonge this summer. Their 2016 album, California, the first with Alkaline Trio's Matt Skiba, opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and later scored the band its first Grammy nomination.

DeLonge's Angels & Airwaves will tour later this year on new music.
