Chicago rapper G Herbo has been arrested on battery charges after an argument with his baby's mother Ariana Fletcher allegedly turned violent. TMZ reports that Fletcher sustained minor injuries following an altercation, but it's currently unclear what that argument was over. Atlanta police say Herbo allegedly assaulted Fletcher during the dispute, at which point he left with their son.
When G Herbo returned to the scene, he was questioned by police and arrested on battery charges. His bond has been set at $2,000. Fletcher is currently 14 weeks pregnant with another child, to which boxer Gervonta Davis is the father. She and Herbo have been separated for some time, but sources say all three of them were at the Allure Strip Club in Atlanta. They weren't there together, however, as Fletcher and Gervonta arrived separately from Herbo.
Having released his Still Swervin' project on Feb. 1, Herbo has landed himself in legal trouble just over a year after his last brush with the law. In February 2018, he was arrested after he and two other men were caught with loaded guns during a traffic stop. He and the other men were arrested and subsequently charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. The weapon in question was loaded with rounds that were designed to go through body armor.
In an Instagram Stories post captured by The Jasmine BRAND, Fletcher shared details about the incident. "He kicked my door down to get in my house because I wouldn't let him in, beat the fuck out of me front of my son," she wrote. You can read the post below.
