ASAP Bari will avoid jail time after landing a deal in his Pennsylvania weed case.

TMZ, citing comments from the Northampton County District Attorney's Office, reported early Wednesday that Bari recently appeared in court to plead guilty to a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge. Bari's deal also includes a required fine of $4,000. In addition to avoiding jail time, the deal also allows Bari to avoid being placed on probation.

Bari was initially hit with a total of seven charges in the case, including possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and criminal conspiracy to commit to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. At the time of his arrest in November 2018 in Palmer Township, authorities allegedly smelled (and ultimately discovered) weed inside the vehicle he was riding in.

Per Wednesday's update, the case is reportedly now closed.

In a separate case back in January, the VLONE co-founder pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault in London and also avoided jail time following the surfacing of hotel room footage that his legal team originally characterized as "misleading."

That case was briefly embroiled in Kanye West's MAGA-heavy 2018. As you may or may not recall, West said back in September that he regretted not showing public support for Bari and the late XXXTentacion. "Bari I appreciate your perspective and vision," West, who credits Bari with challenging him "when no one else did," tweeted at the time. "You brought me closer to Rocky too. Jedis never let perception and cancel culture get between them."
