Meek Mill

Meek Mill knows life changes fast.

The Philadelphia rapper began 2018 behind bars, facing a two to four-year prison sentence for violating probation. And what is he doing in January 2019? Reaching a career milestone.

This week, the Dreamchasers MC made his debut appearance on  Saturday Night Live, serving as the musical guest alongside host James McAvoy. Meek kicked things off on a strong note, delivering a performance of "Going Bad," off his chart-topping album Championships.

He followed that up with a performance of the Papamitrou-produced song "Uptown Vibes." Fabolous came out on stage and joined Meek.

The Philly rapper also performed "Championships."

Meek hit the stage rocking a new sneaker collaboration with Puma. The design was in support of the newly launched REFORM Alliance, an initiative dedicated to improving the U.S. criminal justice system. The sneaker, dubbed Clyde Court #Reform, will roll out Feb. 1, with all proceeds going toward REFORM Alliance.
