Kodak Black is looking at some decent projections for his long-awaited sophomore effort, Dying to Live. Now he's highlighting another one of the tracks from the record with the simple music video for "Close to the Grave."

The dark subject matter of the song lines up with the grimy aesthetic of the newly released video, which features a number of glitchy effects and Kodak himself wandering around with a shovel. Watch the video, directed by Kodak Black himself, above.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast on Friday evening, Kodak Black, French Montana, and DJ Khaled reportedly resolved an ongoing legal battle pertaining to the song "Lockjaw." Moroccan music producer Yo Asel alleged that the three artists used his beat for the 2016 track without proper authorization, claiming that it used a modified version of one of the beats he previously shared.

Asel was seeking unspecified damages as well as an injunction prohibiting French from profiting off the song, but it sounds like the parties involved have come to an agreement to dismiss the case. Kodak is still scheduled to appear in court in April 2019 as he faces sexual assault charges for allegedly raping a teenage girl in 2016. He faces 30 years in prison.
