Ty Dolla Sign has been indicted by a grand jury on charges including felony possession of cocaine.

That's the word from the reliably nosy TMZ, who reported Monday that Ty had been hit with a total of three counts including felony possession of THC, misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of weed, and the aforementioned felony coke possession charge.

The counts stem from an incident that took place in the greater Atlanta area back in September. As Ty and others, including Skrillex, were on their way to a show at the Cellairis Amphitheatre when local police pulled them over and ultimately searched the vehicle. Ty was the only one charged.

As has been the welcomed standard for the past few years, 2018 has proven to be another prolific year for Ty. In addition to his Billboard Hot 100 hit "Psycho" with Post Malone, Ty has dropped off his Jeremih collab project MihTy and contributed guest vocals to singles from Tinashe, Fabolous, Too Short, and Elvana Gjata. He also had a hand in Kanye West's Ye and the West and Kid Cudi collab project Kids See Ghosts.

Most recently, he linked with Benny Blanco and 6lack for the Friends Keep Secrets track "More/Diamond Ring." Halsey, Brendon Urie, and Swae Lee were among those who also popped in for the new seven-track EP.
