Along with the trailer, Usher released the project's tracklist, which includes eight songs and no features. Stay tuned for A, dropping at midnight EST, Oct. 12.
With this new project, Usher joins the ranks of artists like Future and Big Sean with releases helmed by a solo producer in the last year, and those with shorter run times. Zaytoven dropped BEASTMODE 2 with Future back in July, and stayed busy with production credits on Nicki's Queen, Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V, and more. He also dropped his own solo mixtape Where Would the Game Be Without Me 2 in June, after producing a full Lecrae album in May and a Yung Fume EP in March.
Meanwhile, things for Usher have been relatively quiet as he dealt with a separation, though he continues to perform regularly. Footage of the R&B icon hitting the studio has circulated for the past couple months, leaving fans anxious for new music. Fortunately, that day has arrived.
