Nicki Minaj Announces 'Queen' Is Coming Aug. 10

The "Chun-Li" rapper debuted her Beats 1 program Thursday night.

Nicki Minaj took over Beats 1.

On Wednesday, the 35-year-old rapper announced the debut of her Queen Radio program on the Apple Music station. She shared the show’s cover art on social media, with a caption that read: “The new dynasty begins […] I might have something special for you too!”

On Thursday night, Nicki announced Queen would be released Friday (Aug. 10) at 12 p.m. ET.

Hours before the show’s premiere, Nicki returned to Instagram to preview new music. “Testing out some new speakers in my guest house studio, who’s coming over?” she captioned the clip. “Who’s tuning into #QueenRadio @applemusic tmrw night? Let’s just say you won’t wanna miss it. History making tingz ah gwarn.”
