New York City rapper Tru Life is as known for his feuds with the likes of Mobb Deep and Dipset as for his music. But since jumping back into the rap world in 2016 following eight years away, he's been solely focused on putting out bangers.

He's succeeded with "Baddie," his new collaboration with Future (Tru Life signed to Future's Freebandz label last year). The newly-released, Eif Rivera-directed video  for the track features the two rappers, some ladies, and several prominently-placed bottles of Belaire.

For Tru Life, the clip is about feeling grateful for where he is. "It’s not what you go through in life, it’s how you go through it. I’m just happy to be here living the American dream, when the underdog gets a shot to live out his dream." he told Complex.

You can watch the clip above. Be on the lookout for more music from Tru Life in 2018.
