With his No Disguise EP due on May 25 via Good Manners Records, (his first full project since 2015) Australian singer/songwriter/producer, Oscar Key Sung is now ready to present the video for the lead single "Simple Luv". With the project written while living and performing in Los Angeles, Mexico City and Berlin, he had plenty of inspiration to come up with interesting visual concepts which he puts forward in the video.
Speaking about the video Oscar told Complex UK, "I often write outlandish treatments for video clips and sci- fi films which are completely out of the realm of what I could possibly afford to make. Anyway one morning I wrote a treatment/ idea for a video for 'Simple Luv'. Basically, I wanted it to be set in a labyrinth. It was just such a simple way to articulate what the songs core theme is about. That idea of searching/ believing when there is no proof that you are making progress. No proof that what you are searching for even exists."
