From Monday June 4 to Thursday June 7, Nando's will be hosting their annual Nando’s Music Exchange for emerging singers, rappers, producers, DJs and anyone else creating music.

The week-long workshop will be held at The Roundhouse and will give aspiring musicians the chance to work with some big name mentors and pick up a few more tools to take your music career out of your bedroom and into the industry. Past mentors have included Stormzy, Ella Eyre, Example, Little Simz, Reeps One, Muzi and more, with Sian Anderson, Lethal Bizzle, Tkay Maidza, Sho Madjozi and Nathaniel Motte all on board for this year.

Spaces for the event are all full now, but Complex being Complex, we've managed to secure a place for one of our readers. All you need to do to be in with a shot is head over to the @complex_uk Twitter page, RT our announcement tweet, and hit the follow button. Want to head down but live too far from the big smoke? We got you. Anyone living outside of London will have transport and accommodation covered.

BBC Radio 1Xtra DJ Sian Anderson, who also runs her own mentoring programme, FLOOR SIXX Music Academy, says: "As someone who benefitted from having industry mentors at a young age, I'm extra passionate about supporting the next generation of artists with what I've learnt along the way.

"Nando's Music Exchange provides a really unique opportunity for artists to work with people from different cultural backgrounds, influences and experiences. Last year's collaborations produced some very impressive tracks, so I'm looking forward to hearing what this year brings."

If you want to be a part of the workshop, you need to be between the ages of 18 and 25 and UK-based. You must submit an example of your own music and you can't enter if you've already been part of Nando’s Music Exchange before.
