After a number of delays last year, Rich Homie Quan's long-awaited debut album is finally here. Following last year's Back to the Basics mixtape, which saw the Atlanta rapper returning to music after a brief hiatus, Quan has dedicated most of Rich as in Spirit to himself, leaving room for only one guest feature during its hour-long running time.

With only Rick Ross appearing for a verse near the album's final moments, Rich as in Spirit focuses on what makes him such an easy rapper to root for. Blending his dirty south influences with some more refined pop moments, it's his strongest release to date, sounding very much like the culmination of refining his craft.

Tracks like "Fuck Wit Me" highlight his pop appeal, while others, such as the Rick Ross-featuring track, flaunt his talents abilities as a rapper and ability to play off big voices.
