Cardi B has arrived at a point in her career where she's constantly being bombarded by fans with weird questions and outlandish rumors. Fortunately, she's better equipped to handle the negativity than most celebrities.
This weekend, a fan left a comment on one of Cardi B's Instagram posts that read: "Is there maybe a Kylie Jenner secret that we need to know?" This, of course, was in reference to Jenner's rumored (now confirmed) pregnancy.
In a way that only Cardi could pull off, she responded, "No bitch I’m just getting fat." Then, inventing a line that's already become a motto for all of us devouring too much food during the Super Bowl, she added: "Let me fat in peace."
Of course, Cardi's fans are already running with the perfectly placed line and applying it to their own lives.
In the lead-up to the Super Bowl on Sunday afternoon, Cardi B made news by taking a political stance towards the NFL. Asked by TMZ if fans will ever see her hit the Super Bowl halftime stage, Cardi responded, "When they hire Colin Kaepernick back."
