Justin Timberlake's fifth studio album Man of the Woods won't be here until Feb. 2, but a bunch of lucky attendees at New York City's popular nightclub 1 OAK got an early listen this weekend.

Timberlake randomly popped up in the club Saturday night and started playing unreleased songs from the highly anticipated project. The move took everyone by surprise as big album releases like this are usually kept very secretive and early listening parties like this are ordinarily reserved for industry insiders and members of the press.

Twitter user Yagmur shared a collection of social media clips from the night and echoed a thought on many of our minds: "Random people at a club heard the album first smh."

Each of the clips are short and don't reveal much about the direction of the album, but some fans have pointed out that one of the songs is the same track heard at the end of the Man of the Woods trailer that Timberlake shared earlier this month.

Speaking on the album in generalities, Timberlake recently explained, "This album is really inspired by my son, my wife, my family, but more so than any other album I've ever written, where I'm from. It's personal."

Until he officially shares more information about the project, you can live vicariously through the social media posts of random clubgoers in New York City and watch more snippets below.
