Cassie is eyeing a comeback.

About a decade after she released her self-titled debut studio album, the 30-year-old artist has come through with a new single called “Love a Loser.” The G-Eazy-assisted track premiered during the 48th episode of OVO Sound Radio, as a part of Diddy’s Bad Boy takeover set. And it’s exactly what fans would expect from the singer: a sexy R&B jam about love, empowerment, and independence.

“I'd rather lose a lover than to love a loser/Everything you did, I wouldn't do it to you/Got my vision clear so now I'm seeing through ya/Writing you a letter, I'mma send it to ya,” she sings. “I'd rather lose a lover than to love a loser/Used to put it on ya like the Kama Sutra/Ain't no looking back, I'm like the new Medusa/Got you on a Sunday screaming ‘hallelujah.’”

“Love a Loser,” which was produced by Ben Billions and Danny Boy, is available on Apple Music and iTunes. You can also stream it below via Spotify, or check out her new video above.

The track arrives shortly after Cassie inked a deal with Bad Boy Entertainment, which could mean there’s a new album on the way. Cassie’s last full-length release was her 2013 mixtape RockaByeBaby. Since then, she’s appeared on the Black Eyed Peas’ 2016 version of “#WhereIstheLove” as well as Travis Scott’s “Lose” from 2016’s Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight.
