Anderson .Paak Killed His Performance of "Am I Wrong" and "Come Down" on KCRW

Anderson .Paak has been on quite a roll recently. After having a huge hand in shaping the sound of Dr. Dre's comeback album Compton last year, he dropped his own equally impressive album Malibu back in January. As if that weren't enough, he recently announced his signing to Dre's label Aftermath. Between collaborating with artists like GoldLink and Snakehips, he found some time to appear on KCRW, a California-based public radio station to perform a couple of songs off his recent album.

Let's just say that after seeing this, we're not at all surprised by his upward trajectory. Anderson kills both "Am I Wrong" and "Come Down," delivering a vocal performance that bests the original recording. He even picks up the drumsticks on "Am I Wrong," playing while singing. The whole thing is very impressive, and serves as a reminder of why he's an artist to watch. If he keeps delivering performances like this, his popularity is bound to grow even more.
