Jai Paul's brother A.K. Paul has surprised everyone with a new track titled "Landcruisin'" which debuted on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show. A.K. wrote, produced, mixed, and mastered the track that Zane dubbed "blade Runner pop" before playing the song three times in a row. He then shared his excitement on Twitter. "THIS IS NUTS!!!!!!!!!! In all my years on the mic, NEVER had a show that crazy." The song is now available to be streamed and purchased by members of the Paul Institute project that the brothers launched earlier this week.

If you're not familiar, the Paul Institute was founded by Jai and A.K. along with their associate, Muz Azar. The trio is now "inviting new alliances with like-minded individuals to help explore, learn and share ideas in music and beyond—without forgetting a trademark sense of fun along the way," according to a press release. The project already has a website where fans can enter their information to be "enrolled." Once you are signed up, you can listen to "Landcruisin'" by logging in with your personalized log-in code you receive upon registration and the last four digits of your phone number here. Then, you will see a message that reads, "Welcome to the Paul Institute. As a cherished member, we would like to share with you the debut offering from A.K. Paul." Sign up for the Paul Institute here and look out for more coming from the mysterious new project.
