After Tweeting an announcement about its impending release, Kid Cudi's first Speedin' Bullet to Heaven single is officially here. Cudi released "Confused" tonight on Soundcloud after teasing details about the album over the last few months. In May he let loose that the record would be completely free of any features, and then earlier this month he referred to the approach as "musical madness" and claimed that the album was "all guitar and bass." Now we have the first glimpse of what all that sounds like.
