If you like expansive electronic made from minimal techniques like Brooklyn trio Wet, then prepare to get wet all over again with the debut single from Danish trio Chinah. Straight out of the band's bedrooms in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, "Away From Me" starts gentle, entwining soft-spoken lyrics with sparse electronics. "You'll never complete though I like your kind" she coos before quivering synths and rich chocolate-coated strums set the mood as the song flickers from light to dark to light again, ripping open an old wound with a renewed confidence at the 2:17 mark.

“It was the first song from our EP, and it really made us find the sound we’ve been confident about for the rest of the EP," the band told Fader. Woozy and emotionally gratifying, just try to walk away from Chinah after hearing this because it's impossible. Listen to the trio's debut single below or on iTunes and look for a five track EP coming soon.
