For the second time in his career, Wale has the No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 charts. Wale's project, The Album About Nothing, secured the top spot on the charts with a total of 100,000 units sold with both sales and streams added together. Wale now joins Drake, Big Sean, and Kendrick Lamar as hip-hop artists to debut in the No. 1 spot on the charts in 2015.

The Furious 7 soundtrack didn't debut this week, but it received a massive push that was good enough for the second spot on the charts with 74,000 units moved. Ludacris' new album, Ludaversal, did debut this week, and he fell just short of the No. 2 spot with a total of 73,000 units. Kendrick's To Pimp a Butterfly kept up its solid pace with another 65,000 units, which was good enough for the fourth spot on the charts.
