As he readies the drop of his new EP, Solace, London-bound MC Sami Switch unveils the stunning visuals for lead single, "Trying To Breathe". The remarkable story behind Solace tells of how the unexpected generosity of a stranger, moved by watching Sami perform at a poetry night at Ronnie Scotts, helped him fund the EP. Over the last two years, Sami's struggles have seen him battle homelessness (among other things), but as evidenced here, the raging intensity within his artistry still remains. Crafted by producer Ross OD and legendary film composer, Andy Gray, "Trying To Breathe" is a sombre, soul-searching ride through the mind of a man who has journeyed to the edge and back.
