New York based collective World's Fair has been putting on for the Tri-State area for a couple of years now, bringing fans longing for a resurgence to the East Coast an authentic movement to get behind. Standout MC of the group Remy Banks releases his Left Brain produced "rem.," a hard hitting track that shows why the group is not to be slept on. Flanked by the echoing yells of NY natives no doubt, Remy floats through the song using his vintage sounding delivery to describe the mean streets he grew up on. The aggressive yet subdued production from Left Brain reminds us of old M.O.P. songs, with its twinkling piano keys and booming drums. Featured artist Nasty Nigel (who is also in World's Fair) also impresses on "rem." as he weaves his laid back flow effortlessly with Remy's relentless delivery. Stream "rem." below.
