Just this year alone, New Orleans native Pell has released a handful of singles and embarked on a nationwide tour with Yonas that ended late last month, and today, he's finally releasing his full-length project, Floating While Dreaming. It's streaming exclusively on Complex and Spotify this afternoon, and is also available for download via Pell’s website at www.PellYeah.com.
Next week, fans will have the ability to purchase the album on iTunes, along with a bonus song and digital booklet that includes short stories relating to each track.
Features on the album include Curti$ Williams of Two-9 and PJ Morton, with production from Ludwig Goransson and Tomas Barford & Jeppe Kjellberg.
"There's a lot that I could say about Floating While Dreaming, but the most important thing I want people to know is that it comes from the heart," Pell said in an email. "Music is my passion and it feels great for me to be able to share my insight on life and what it has given me so far. The album is for the people out there chasing their dreams and aspirations that remain unconquered. Keep believing, and keep dreaming.”
