In the third installment of Complex Individuals, Gunplay reveals the first album he ever purchased, his most embarrassing moment, and his favorite cuss word to use (hint: it rhymes with bunt).
The 34-year-old rapper also details the most interesting person he’s met, which happens to be his label boss and close friend Rick Ross. “The way he views things, the way he goes about his business ventures, his personal life, he’s sharp to damn near a spooky point,” Gunplay says. “He’s a deep dude when it comes to being wise and putting you up on game. He’s been a major influence in my life.”
