On the final night for the FADER Fort showcase at SXSW, French Montana took the stage. Along with performing his own big singles and mixtape cuts French brought out a few special guests to join him on stage. One of his guests was an obvious choice in Diddy, his label head, who performed his verse on "Same Damn Time" along with throwback tracks like "It's All About the Benjamins."
However, the surprise of the night came when Seattle's independent star Macklemore took to the stage to perform his smash hit, "Thrift Shop." After the performance, Macklemore released a picture via his instagram of him, French, Diddy, and Chinx Drugs posing on stage, one of the most unlikely group to ever pose for a picture in the rap game.
