Just after the mess surrounding his Good Morning America outburst, Chris Brown's home life is now in question. According to neighbors living in the West Hollywood building that houses his condominium, the R&B singer has been giving them problems with noise disturbance at all hours of the night, high-traffic company, and outright disrespect towards other tenants.
Breezy shelled out $1.75 million for the penthouse condo and moved in about a month ago. He's already received a warning for his behavior, but they should know that he's a rebel by now.
Brown's latest album F.A.M.E. is in stores and slated for a No. 1 Billboard debut this week.
