Just a week after Prince William was named “the world’s sexiest bald man,” Vladimir Putin has been crowned as Russia’s hottest man alive.

Of course, the 68-year-old Kremlin leader earned the title thanks to a highly questionable selection process. In an open-ended poll conducted by the job board site Superjob.ru, 1,000 men and 1,000 women from 300 different cities were surveyed and asked to name the hottest man in the country. According to the Moscow Times, 18% of men and 17% of women surveyed allegedly declared Putin as Russia’s “most handsome man.” Naturally, he was the only person to receive double digit votes.

“Russians still call Vladimir Putin the most attractive famous man in the country,” Superjob.ru declared in a cringe-worthy statement. “Neither actors nor athletes or other politicians can compete with him today,” it said.

The news comes on the heels of Putin’s Siberian photoshoot, a series of propaganda pics from a recent vacation that captured the Russian President posing in sheepskin amidst a snowy landscape. The majestic shots were released by the Kremlin just days after President Biden referred to the former KGB agent as a “killer.”
