"I'm so stoked, my dudes," the unnamed skateboarder told CTV reporter Jamie Mauracher, as spotted by Gawker. "Skrrrt." Instead of the usual tradition of follow-up questions, the teen then hit viewers with a message of empowerment:

But why so stoked, my dudes? The Calgary City Council recently voted in favor of getting rid of a silly ban on backyard skateboard ramps, opening the door toward so stokedness, my dudes for all.
